The violin is more than just an instrument; it's the expression of patience, discipline, and emotion in its purest form. In my journey, violin pedagogy began with understanding that every student has a unique story, and that every individual has a unique learning journey.
The most important task of pedagogy is not only to develop a student's technique, but also to instill in them a love of music. In my violin education, discovering the student's intrinsic motivation is as important as correct bowing techniques or intonation. Because true success comes when combined with a heartfelt desire.
I've had students of all ages, from children to adults. I prefer play and storytelling methods with children, inspiring repertoires with young people, and a patience- and motivation-focused approach with adults. Creating a personalized roadmap tailored to each student's abilities is my most important principle.
Violin pedagogy is not just about "teaching" but also about touching lives, instilling self-confidence and transforming music into a life journey.
